Asian American Community Services

About:

The Asian Health Initiative is a collaborative community project that seeks to improve the health of the medically under-served Asian population in central Ohio by providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services. Our goals are to improve access to healthcare, assist in maintaining good health, and to promote health screenings in the Asian community. We provide basic primary care on an appointment basis only, and limited referrals to specialists. Interpreters for Asian languages can be arranged as needed.

Patient Eligibility:

 

 

Our services are geared toward the Asian community living in central Ohio, specifically for those who have been living in the USA for more than 12 months, who have no health insurance, and are under 250% Federal Poverty Level.
